Russwood Security Patrol dues have needed to be increased to stay competitive with what surrounding areas pay their officers. Our officers are very dedicated to this neighborhood, but we are $10/hr under the average ENP rate. We would also like to hire another officer for more hourly coverage in Russwood. Dues have been increased only once in seven years.
